New York New Paid Leave For Pregnant Workers

Under this new policy, New York Private Employers, irrespective of size, must give pregnant New York workers an additional 20 hours of paid sick leave for prenatal care in addition to their existing sick leave. This new law is intended to ensure that pregnant workers can receive the care they need without putting their employment at risk.
